KnoMad Lyrix is the result of a life spent moving—between homes, states, countries, cultures, sounds and chapters. Abuse, addiction, loss, being outcast and misunderstood all became part of the journey. Through it all, music remained the constant.
The name carries more than one meaning. Nomad reflects a wanderer who has spent much of life without one place ever completely feeling like home. It also describes a creative style that refuses to stay planted in a single genre. KnoMad is wordplay too: knowing mad amounts of lyrics—from the songs that shaped him to the ones he writes himself.
The foundation started young. A childhood friend, Stevie, was among the first to recognize the talent and push him toward writing R&B and rap as a teenager, eventually leading to performing with singing and rap groups. Clifford helped open another door, showing him that genre did not see color and inspiring him to rap. Hip-hop dominated adolescence, while white roots and the skateboard community brought rock and punk into the soundtrack as well.
That history still defines KnoMad Lyrix today: no permanent box, no single sound and no need to choose between where he came from and everything he discovered along the way. The genres may wander. The words are home.
